We have high expectations to our Graduates in terms of thinking strategically, building effective relations and delivering results in our business. You also need to be up to speed on social, economic, legal and technological changes.
We will provide you with a range of technical, personal and general management learning over the next two years. Your extensive learning journey will begin with an exciting induction in London followed by a two-year programme in Scandinavia with technical training and support to achieve professional qualifications.

How we select our Graduates
We start by reviewing applications and inviting selected candidates to participate in a telephone and/or face-to-face interview. Based on this interview, some candidates will be asked to take part in an assessment centre at our offices in Scandinavia. We choose the Graduates we believe are best suited to the programme, based on our impressions from the interviews and assessment activities.
Key dates
- Application period: Deadline 2 April
- Application screening incl. initial interview: Until beginning of May
- Assessment Centre: Ultimo May in local offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm
- Programme start: September 2012
